• Trainees are encouraged to increase their involvement in the society and to join as associate members.

• Educational Grant awarded at the Cardiothoracic Tranees workshop in March 2012 - Sponsored by St Jude
• The Young Acheiver Award presentations and The Edwards Lifesciences Advanced Trainees Wetlab at the 2012 ASM to be held in Hobart Tasmania.
