Policies and Clinical Practice guidelines

Two panels have been established to address the following subjects:

• Establishment of new cardiac surgery units -

        (Authors - Peter Skillington, Gil Shardey & Ash Hardikar)

• Percutaneous valve insertion -

       (Authors - Hugh Wolfenden, Jayme Bennetts, Andrew Clarke)

This policy will be developed in association with the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSANZ).

Draft documents will be reviewed by the Executive and then distributed to members for
comment in the near future
