What is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon

 A specialist surgeon who (manages diseases of and) operates on the heart, lungs, aorta and other thoracic organs. Types of Cardiac Surgery are:

  • Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
  • Heart Valve Surgery
  • Aortic Surgery
